The script that is evaluated for each wiki page included in the PDF export to produce the metadata to display in the PDF header or footer. The metadata is specified using a special binding named metadata whose value is a Map<String, String>. The metadata ends up in the HTML as attributes of the heading used to display the title of each wiki page.
